What I like most about Astill Hawke & Associates is being able to pick up the phone and talk to Kirsten when I need to. In a time when email seems to be the way to communicate it feels like a luxury to have someone who so readily answers the phone and my questions. Working with Astill Hawke does not feel like I've outsourced my accounting, more that they are are internal department based in another location and for a small business owner this is important.

I find that Astill Hawke & Associates are very quick and helpful in their response to any request. The Inland Revenue requirements and tax terms are sometimes very hard to understand and Astill Hawke explain very clearly all the everyday aspects of accounting that I find daunting.
Astill Hawke & Associates are very good at keeping me informed on what's due and what to expect and when to pay, so I certainly don't have any problems with Inland Revenue.
